Build an Easy to use tilt up wind generator tower

With these plans you can build a tower for your wind generator that will allow you to easily raise and lower the pole for installation and maintenance. This tower uses a winch  to do all the heavy work for you. No trying to lift the pole and hoping that it doesn't fall  before getting it in to place. No more hurting your back to put up your wind generator.  You do not need to have anyone come help you to raise your tower because it can be done  with only one person. We give detailed instructions on how to use materials available at  most hardware stores, fencing supply companies and local metal yards, to build this  tower. We do have anchor kits and winches available for purchase. The instructions come  with several pages of detailed diagrams, materials list, and instructions. Also if you have  any questions you can e-mail for more instructions. Instructions are for a 20 foot tower  using a 1 1/2" (1 7/8"outside diameter) schedule 40 steel pipe but you can change the  dimensions if you need it to be taller. If you need to use a 2" pipe it would be very simple  for you to change the dimensions of the tower by simply placing the two side pieces a  little further apart. It will fit many different brands of wind generators. It is designed for  6' or smaller wind generator. If you are going with a bigger wind generator you would  need to use larger pipe.
