Protect your wind generator PMA with weather coating |
If you live in an area that has a lot of rain, snow or has salt air we recommend having the stator and rotor in the permanent magnet alternator coated. The coating is applied to the stator windings and to the magnet rotor. We use a special varnish that is made for electrical windings and components. We apply three coats of this varnish to protect the windings and rotor from rust that can be caused by exposure to extreme moisture. By having us apply this varnish here in our shop before assembling the wind generator or pma to you we can get to the parts that are inside of the alternator to ensure complete coverage. You can purchase this extra protection for the PMA in your wind generator or for a PMA that is purchased separately. We apply three coats of weather coating to the stator winding and to the magnet rotor.
weather coating service only, applied to your PMA before shipping it to you, PMA is purchased seperately
