SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Most packages that we ship to the 48 contenental US states are shipped through UPS Ground. If the package is small we will ship through the post office by Priority Mail.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories- Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American  Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and the Marshall Islands is through the post office.

Solar panels, with the exception of the 45 watt solar kit, are shipped by trucking company and can only be shipped to the 48 continental US states. Contact us with your address and the panels that you wish to order and we will contact our supplier for a shipping quote.

We combine shipping whenever possible. The shipping costs are built in to the payment buttons in the shopping cart. However, if we can put items together in to the same package we will refund the savings to your account.

We offer a safe and secure shopping cart through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this checkout service. Click the add to cart button to purchase an item. When you are done shopping simply checkout. You can then either sign in to an existing Paypal account, open a new Paypal account or choose to check out without a Paypal account, using your credit or debit card.

Production times for wind generators is typically 1-3 weeks.

EXTENDED WARRANTY  should be purchased before we ship the wind generator. We will ship a warranty card with the wind generator. Purchase price of our Mallard 800E includes a 90 day warranty. We have extended warranties of 1 year and 2 years available. If any repairs are needed to your Mallard 800E while under warranty simply send it to us, along with the warranty information, date of sale and a note explaining what the problem is and we will repair it and send it back to you at no charge. Warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather such as huricane or tornado, lightening or damage from something striking the wind generator or the tower falling. Warranty also does not cover if you have taken the PMA apart or modified the wiring.
